Devco constructed the Williamstown Library, a landmark community facility designed to foster learning and connection.

The project included reading and study areas, technology-enabled spaces, meeting rooms, and dedicated children’s zones. Sustainability measures, such as natural lighting and energy-efficient systems, were incorporated.
