At Devco, our mission is simple: to build with purpose. Every project we deliver is about more than bricks and mortar — it’s about creating spaces that support communities, strengthen industries, and contribute to a sustainable future.
We’re proud of the role we play in shaping schools, community centres, health facilities, and civic precincts across Melbourne. With every build, we deliver not just for today, but for the generations to come.
Our Commitment to Social Impact.
We’re developing our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which will guide how we engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. As part of this journey, we are commissioning a local Aboriginal artist to create a custom artwork that will reflect our values and commitment to reconciliation.

Responsible Construction
Devco holds a Pre-Assessment Certificate under the Victorian Government’s Fair Jobs Code, reinforcing our commitment to providing safe, secure, and fair workplaces for all employees and subcontractors.
Fair Work & Employment
We actively engage with social enterprise suppliers through our membership with Social Traders. By integrating social procurement into our projects, we support employment and training opportunities for disadvantaged groups, helping to create a more inclusive construction industry.
