This project involved the staged upgrade and modernisation of an existing primary school, delivered within a live and operational campus. Works included the construction of a new gymnasium featuring a multi-court sports hall, amenities, music hall, practice rooms and breakout spaces, alongside the refurbishment of existing teaching facilities for visual arts, technology and science.

To maintain continuity of school operations, a temporary gymnasium was created through partial demolition and refurbishment works, with construction zones carefully managed and relocated as the project progressed. External works included new outdoor courts, car parking and landscaping to enhance the broader school environment.

Through detailed planning, innovative construction methodologies and close coordination with consultants and the school community, the project was successfully delivered to meet the 2024 academic year, achieving high standards of safety, build quality and programme certainty.
