Devco constructed a three-level Senior Learning Centre at Padua College, designed to support senior students with contemporary learning environments.

The facility includes classrooms, collaborative spaces, a lecture theatre, staff amenities, and landscaped outdoor areas. High-quality finishes, feature panelling, and advanced AV systems were integrated. Delivered in a live school setting, the works required careful staging to ensure safety and minimal disruption.

The centre provides students with a modern, flexible space to prepare for their final years of study, highlighting Devco’s capability in education infrastructure.
