Devco constructed the Newport Youth Library and Seniors Centre, a dual-purpose facility designed to serve multiple community groups.

The project includes a library, study areas, meeting rooms, seniors’ activity spaces, and outdoor areas. Sustainability features were incorporated to improve efficiency and comfort. Delivered in a community setting, the works required strong stakeholder engagement to balance diverse needs.

The facility fosters intergenerational connection and provides a welcoming, inclusive hub, showcasing Devco’s expertise in civic infrastructure that strengthens communities.
