Devco delivered a three-storey Senior Centre at McKinnon Secondary College, featuring science laboratories, general classrooms, a VCE study centre, wellbeing facilities, and flexible exam and learning spaces.

The project required demolition of existing buildings and asbestos removal within a live school campus. Delivered under tight programming to meet opening deadlines, the project included high-quality finishes and efficient site coordination.

The new centre provides senior students with modern, technology-enabled learning and social spaces, supporting academic achievement and wellbeing. This project highlights Devco’s expertise in complex education projects delivered safely within operational environments.
