Devco constructed a new Sporting Pavilion at Lang Lang Recreational Reserve, creating modern facilities for local sporting clubs.

The project included player change rooms, social spaces, kitchen, spectator amenities, and landscaping. Designed with durability and functionality in mind, the pavilion supports both day-to-day club activities and larger community events.

Delivered within a high-use public reserve, the works required careful planning to minimise disruption. The pavilion enhances participation and provides a new community hub, reflecting Devco’s strength in delivering local sports infrastructure.
