Devco delivered the Knox Regional Netball Centre, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support grassroots and competitive sport.

The project included multiple indoor and outdoor courts, player change rooms, administration areas, and spectator amenities. Sustainability measures such as energy-efficient lighting and water systems were incorporated.

Delivered within a busy recreational precinct, the project required careful staging and stakeholder engagement. The centre enhances community participation in netball and provides a venue capable of hosting regional-level competitions. This project demonstrates Devco’s expertise in delivering large-scale community sporting infrastructure.
