Devco constructed the Jindi Family & Community Centre in Mernda, creating a multipurpose facility for families and the local community.

The project included early years learning spaces, maternal and child health consulting rooms, activity areas, and staff amenities. Outdoor play spaces and landscaping were also integrated. Delivered in a growing community, the project required strong stakeholder engagement to ensure the facility met diverse needs.

The centre provides a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports family services and community activities, showcasing Devco’s expertise in civic and community infrastructure.
