Devco delivered the Regional Tennis & Community Centre for Hume City Council, a landmark facility supporting sport and community participation.

The project included multiple international-standard tennis courts, player change rooms, community spaces, and spectator amenities. Sustainable design features such as efficient lighting and water systems were incorporated.
