Devco redeveloped the Holy Trinity Church precinct in Kew into a modern mixed-use community hub.

The three-level project includes medical consulting suites, retail spaces, a café, offices, apartments, and church facilities with halls and seminar rooms. External works added new parking and landscaping. Delivered in a live precinct, the works required careful staging to minimise impacts on church activities and neighbours.

The redevelopment balances heritage with modern functionality, providing flexible spaces for worship, community, and residential use, and reinforcing Devco’s expertise in complex civic projects.
