Devco constructed the Errington Community & Performing Arts Centre in St Albans, a vibrant multipurpose hub at the heart of the community.

The facility includes flexible community function spaces, rehearsal and dance studios, craft rooms, consulting suites, and a 200-seat theatre with retractable seating. Supporting spaces include kitchens, dressing rooms, and staff areas, integrated with landscaping and a civic plaza.

Delivered on a restricted, high-traffic site, the project required detailed staging and safety planning. The centre provides a cultural landmark and inclusive gathering space, reflecting Devco’s expertise in community and performing arts infrastructure.
