Devco expanded the Casey Indoor Leisure Centre in Cranbourne East, transforming it into a ten-court facility. The extension added five new courts, including two state competition-level show courts with retractable seating for 1,500 spectators, plus a function room, café, retail, and modern amenities.

Delivered in a high-use precinct, the works required careful staging to keep the centre operational throughout construction. High-quality finishes, international-standard courts, and specialist equipment coordination ensured outstanding results. The facility now accommodates greater demand for basketball and netball, enhancing community access to elite and recreational sport.
