Devco constructed Brookview Residential Aged Care in Westmeadows, comprising two linked buildings over three levels. The facility provides 90 resident rooms, communal areas, clinical and staff facilities, and a full commercial kitchen and laundry.

Delivered across a site with a 20-metre fall, extensive civil works including retaining structures and cut-and-fill were required. Careful planning addressed heritage and environmental overlays. The completed facility provides modern, comfortable, and safe environments for residents and staff, reflecting Devco’s expertise in delivering aged care infrastructure that enhances quality of life while meeting strict regulatory standards.
