Devco expanded the Altona Sports Centre with a major design-and-construct contract, adding additional courts and amenities to meet growing community demand.

The project included state competition-standard basketball and netball courts, change facilities, spectator areas, and upgraded entry and circulation spaces. Delivered while the existing centre remained operational, the project required careful planning and staging to minimise disruption.

The expanded facility provides opportunities for both recreational and competitive sport, reinforcing Devco’s capability in delivering high-quality community sporting infrastructure that supports participation at all levels.
